These terms govern use of this website (adtimized.com) and brands owned by Adtimized Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”), including StudySzn and Adtimized Advertising. By using our websites or services you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Adtimized Pte. Ltd. is a holding company. Group brands include StudySzn (education platform and related tuition services) and Adtimized Advertising (digital advertising and performance marketing).

2. Accounts and enrolment

Where you create an account or enrol a student, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for account credentials and for use of the account.

3. Fees

Fees, billing cycles, and refund rules for tuition or platform access are as stated in invoices issued by Adtimized Pte. Ltd. or as otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, share copyrighted course materials without permission, or interfere with other users.

5. Intellectual property

Course materials, software, and this website remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited licence for personal educational use only.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
